Hi, my name is Penelope aka "Peni"
I am a native New Yorker who has relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. I put my art on hold for many years after I moved here to ATL. Now I have started painting and drawing again. I studied many years ago in NYC at the Art Students League and attended classes at both Cooper Union and Parson's School of Design. I love doing portraits because people's faces have so many different expressions that it's almost like a movie going from one scene to another in a blink of an eye.
My favorite mediums are colored pencils and oils. I also use acrylics and pastels.
